Sound of Silence

Redhare Pte, Ltd. was started as a company in Singapore to work in multiple digital media formats, including web, application, mobile, plus print.

Redhare is derived from the Singapore Hokkien word for a foreigner, “Ang Moh”, which literally translates as “red-haired.” I took what is seen as a pejorative epithet with a slight twist, making it a red hare leaping out of a confined 12:9 ratio rectangle.

The final use would have been for business cards, letterheads, and other items of stationery, plus indents and credits for digital media projects. The colours chosen were bright red, grey-black, and greys from screen diffusion.
